Where people belong
Every profile belongs to one organization. The Owner creates and maintains centers and seat counts. Center administrators fill and free seats in their own center. Individual accounts receive their own single-seat organization.
REMOVED MEMBERS
Automatic data deletion
Removing a member ends their sign-in and frees the seat right away. Thirty days later, Spiritual Care Simulator deletes what remains automatically: the name and email on the removal record, their individual organization once it is empty, and any stored API key records for an organization left empty. Afterward only an audit line stays below. Key values are never shown.

Reasoning and realtime voice
Enter the OpenAI API key used for intuitive responses, conversational voice, and two-way realtime engagement. After it is stored, use Test Connection to confirm OpenAI access. Intuitive realtime encounters and reflective chats stay on the scripted path until that check succeeds. The key stays on this server and is never shown in full after it is saved.
